I have MMO insurance. I'm in Columbus, Ohio and will have surgery at OSU Hospital. My file was submitted to insurance on 4/18/13 and was approved on 4/29/13. So a little less than 2 weeks. I scheduled for my pre-op appointment next Tuesday 5/14/13. I'll receive my surgery date on that day. They think that it'll be in early June. I'm excited. Let us know how things go with you.

Hey did you get approved for surgery?? I'm going through cleveland clinic and I have medical mutual. I'm about 2 weeks into my 3 month required diet. Any advice?
