I can only speak for me' date=' since I'm 48, I'm sure this was coming later, but they are hanging down and are flat! I rarely go without a bra now, even to bed! Since they were mostly fat, and the fat is now gone, I guess that's what I'll have. Trying to workout at the gym to firm them up, with the rest of me that's "going south".[/quote']

Same here sister! ;) I read that October 13 is National No Bra Day. Aint gonna happen here; NOBODY needs to see this!

I'm 54 and have pancakes. Maybe it's better if you're younger.

I'm 31, don't have any kids, and they're pancakes. Boob job, here I come!!

I am no longer obese, I am now overweight!! (whoever thought I would be happy to be overweight ?! lol)

I went to buy sneakers, I use to be a size 11w...I am now a size 7, and i looked at my daughters sneakers...and fit them too...and she's a 6 1/2

I finally know what a collar bone, chin bone and waist bone feels like and can finally see them :)

use to be in a size 32 jeans now in a size 13....(lately the 13's are getting bigger but I refuse to buy to much clothes until my weight is steady)

I use to be size 46DD, then went to size 32d and now this bra is starting to get loose and soon i will be stuffing my bra at the age of 40 because my girls are looking like prunes...lol

I also use to have a nice booty but now that is going away :( thank goodness for butt pads..lol :)

overall I am happy with my progress...my assets are leaving but as a woman I know how to dress it up...Victoria Secret here i come...i think lol

congrats everyone on your progress!!

How is it I am loosing inches but not pounds

It is part of the stall process. I lost all my inches when I was not losing weight. It is like your body catches up to the weight loss. I am 15 months post op and people keep saying I am losing weight. I tell them no it is all inches. Personally inches are more rewarding - and more fun. When you lose inches you have a new excuse to go shopping. I bought a new dress today and felt like a million bucks!

Thats awesome but I feel like a failure noe that the scale has halted! I only have 25 lbs to go.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
