Went to Dietician and Exercise specialist today...

Dr. wants me to start out with a 2 week liquid diet, then strict calorie diet. BLECH! I have to do 3 months for my insurance to approve me. Gonna spend tonight making my jello!!

    Yeah, I have to do 3 months diet under a Dr's supervision. Luckily it's not all liquid diet!! HAHA!!
