I have had 2 bariatric surgeries in the past 7 years... And my doctor sd yesterday not to worry so much... That I am over thinking everything , and to relax and you will lose, not sure what to do with that information......Sw 275 11/2006, lap band,

Sw. 210 1/2013, gastric bypass...... Cw @190, I still need to lose 50lbs.....L

I don't think people realize the pressure that comes with weight loss surgery when your not losing. It's causes so much stress and anxiety. Make sure you use a calories / Protein counting program so you can track what helps you to loose weight.

I have been using My Fitness Pal.....works ok, I guess, pounds just not coming off like I would like, being very impatient........
