fresh out of surgery 2/25/13 ?

Just had surgery a little over a wk ago everything went great I went back to work Monday hitting fluid n protein goals pretty well... I'm worried now about pregnancy....I already have two n wanna get skinny so my question is how soon till I can begin birth control n what's the best form?
