Anypne out there in this group?

Hi everyone

I'm an Aussie girl trying to decide whether to go with a sleeve or bypass after 12 years of two bands with continual problems and finally saying no more in jan 13. Since band has come out I've gained 20lb!!!!! Arrhgggggh.

I've got an amazing partner who is very athletic and whippet slim but very supportive SPF whatever decision I feel is best for me.

First surgeon apt next week! Scared but excited!

I decided on rny because I have bad reflux from band damage and that's a problem with the sleeve. I'm scheduled for March 21. Don't forget to check out the band to bypass forums.

I did bypass aug 23 2012 with amazing results. Ive now lost 140 pounds in six months

WOW!!! That is amazing " hortonshine"Congrats on all your weight loss. What was your starting weight? And girl share the SECRET!!! :)

My start weight was 334. I don't eat much tho. I eat Greek yogurt. Premier protein shakes. Light baby bells. Beef jerky and some fresh fruit. I only drink water and G2 or diet cranberry juice. And I eat soup often.

Great for you HOPE I CAN BE THAT SUCCESSFUL!!

How are you doing? What stage are you at

I'm on the soft food stage. I just don't understand I don't eat much either as it has been a struggle since surgery. Surgery date was 2/1/13 and have only lost 17lbs since, I also exercise 3-4 times a week 40-60 min. You don't know how bad I want to loose this weight. Any trick suggestion advice I would gladly take it as you have an excellent outcome CONGRATS again!

To be honest I have hardly done any exercise. I try and make sure my protein is always number one regardless if I miss out on every other food group. Your loss is not bad. Mine was slow in the first month too and I am still hardly ever hungry. Greek yogurt has been a very close friend and my protein drinks. I don't have much variety but if there is anything I can help you with don't hesitate to ask.
