No I'm on puree foods until April 1st

During purée I made chicken tenders in crock pot with cream of mushroom soup--2 cans--and some fresh mushrooms and carrots. Cooked it for 5 hours on low. My family loved them over potatoes and I puréed mine in blender. Not bad. The world according to egg face blog has some great recipes for puréed foods. I also ate a lot if puréed Soup.< /p>

At long last I am passing gas...please let me go home today!!!

So I've been on oral pain medications since early yesterday. About 20 minutes after I got a dose late this morning I got dizzy' date=' queasy, clammy, thought I was going to puke and pass out. Got some Zofran which helped queasy a bit but still felt like hell for a couple hours....almost had to be the pain medication. Lord I hope I'm not one that dumps on every thing they eat....that would suck!!![/quote']

So I'm having issues with my Protein drinks... Yesterday I tried my chocolate flavored whey drink with PB2 and I got sick...didn't throw up thank goodness' date=' but it knocked me out of commission for the whole day. I was wondering when the time comes has anyone had Protein Bars instead of the powder...I just can't handle the drinks. They're like torture to me.[/quote']

I do bars instead of drinks. I use pure protein and Power Crunch bars low sugar and high protein....

So after trying on 4 shirts before dinner Tuesday I've decided this weekend I am putting an old laundry basket in my closet, if I try something on and it looks frumpy it goes in the basket to donate....curious how quickly the closet will get cleaned out and 'force' me to purchase more clothes!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
