Chocolate PB Greek yogurt dessert

I saw this on pinterest from the blog Undressed Skeleton. She said it has 45 g of Protein. This could be split into 2 portions.

chocolate PB frozen greek yogurt Dessert

  • 1 Tbsp Whey Protein
  • 6 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chunks or mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 Tsp Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tsp Raw Unsweetened Coconut

Mix all together in a bowl and freeze until desired consistency.

I made this last week. It was pretty good. It was like a little bit tangy, so I added some honey. My greek yogurt was plain and tasted like sour cream, but if you used a flavored one, it would be even better! I liked the mix of coconut and mini chocolate chips.
