Recommended Posts

Made the cauliflower crust pizza with turkey pepperoni and real bacon bits. Had some mushrooms' date=' red onions, and tomatoes out of my garden. The cheese I went kind of light on as the crust has cheese and egg to bind.[/quote']

How was the crust? I really want to try it but don't want to waste. Also I'm on soft foods still so do you think it's soft enough or should I wait?

Gosh I never get stomach problems unless I eat something very sugary or to much then it comes back up. Popeyes isn't that greasy not like KFC. It was breast strips. One of the better stores I have been too was very impressed with it

All we have is KFC here and it's not my favorite.

It wasn't bad. It was actually softer than I wanted but I liked it. My husb didn't care for it but I would make it again. I made the crust up with the grated cauliflower that I microwaved to cook and then added the egg and mozzarella. I baked it a bit and it was "firm" but after the sauce and cheese it was alot softer. I would think u could especially if u ultra chew.

Yea that's all we have to is KFC I prefer to cook my own. That's why I got so excited when I saw Popeyes chicken. And it's 67 miles away from where I live. So I couldn't resist. It was a great treat.

When the places like KFC don't have any competition with other places they tend to slack off. The one here is like that. The food is horrible. Even the green Beans taste yucky

I'm not a fan of Greek yogurt so I'm not sure I would like it but thanks!

I love things like yogurt and cottage cures so I was sure I'd like Greek yogurt. Nope. I'm with you. I really don't like the stuff even with flavoring s it's so thick and yucky to me who h is too bad because it had so much Protein

Brusters has 6g of sugar' date=' 0g of fat and 4g of Protein. At ours they only had two flavors but online they have about 10 you can order. I had strawberry swirl and it was great![/quote']

This sounds super yummy!

Ok i had to cheat today. Had to go to Fayetteville Ark. Today to take a test for my nail license. And well i passed a Popeyes chicken i hadnt had in a long time. So i got 3 hot and spicy strips and a small dirty rice. Ate 2 strips in the car. 2 hours later ate the last piece and the rice. It was so good. And i passed my test. Woo hoo

Congrats on that! :)

I added some skim milk to the Greek yogurt and stirred it to death. It made it much thinner and I was able to eat it.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
