Ok so I still can't eat bread let alone cookies... Thank god... Tonight I had fiesta lime chicken and made Santa Fe rice... Of which I had about a tablespoon. It was really good.. The rice is kinda sitting heavy.. But it tasted really good

You're brave! Did it all go down okay? Does Subway have light mayo?

Not sure i don't like mayo. Took an hour to eat the 6 inch. The topping were sparingly. I only use the vinegar on my subways sandwiches. And it was wheat bread.< /p>

I had pureed split pea Soup with pureed canned smoked ham and a spoonful of greek yogurt. It was pretty darn good. I can't wait for some solid food! 2 week post op on Monday so hopefully my doctor advances me to next stage.

You're lucky. I can't tolerate sugar at all. I accidently got one of my son regular pudding instead of my sugar free one. I ate two spoons and realized it tasted toooo good. 15 min later I thought I was gonna die. Lol.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
