|Kat817 thanks for the advice. I am going to call to schedule another fill. I have already begun to move more. The food journal would be good because, I'm probably taking in more than I think.

Hey Violets~

THIS ONE IS FOR ALL OF US!!!!

:clap2::clap2::clap2::beer::beer::beer::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::fish2::Banane20::car::Banane20::tea::Banane20::):Banane20::Banane20::Banane20::) ( I threw the last one in for the newlyweds)~!!!!!!!!!!

WE'VE BEEN TOGETHER FOR 500 PAGES. 500 PAGES OF SUCCESSES, SET BACKS, LOTS OF LOSS...SOME GAINS...2 MARRIAGES, BIRTHDAYS, VACATIONS, ILLNESSES, HOME REMODELS, AND SOOOO MUCH MORE!!!

I am sooo proud to belong to the best thread on LBT and the web for that matter. I couldn't imagine life w/o my daily dose of violet power. You ladies mean more to me than words can say.

Michelle~ yep...dick of the year award for him. IMO...he has someone else. This "I just don't love you anymore..." is a crock of crapola. Send her some violet power to help pick herself up by the bootstraps, dust off her bottom, and get as much as she can!

Laura~ You get the best/worst PB award by far. The bubble sounded kinda cool...did you feel better after that? I too am probably a bit too tight. Just trying to hang in there since I am sick. I hope your feeling better. I don't think I could even eat steak (mmmmmm)...having trouble w/ chic.

And ooooo yeah, sign me up for a relaxing retreat in Tuscany!!!!!

1600 Calories today. No exercise.

My menu today reads like food porn, so I'm not going to list it.

More avoidance... here's my plan... if I proofread 10 pages of this boring legal book... then I get to peek on here. It's the old carrot & stick approach to getting my work done... hey, whatever it takes! It's late & I want to go to bed... but I can't 'til I'm finished... so back I go...

For those of you that keep losing posts, try writing it in word then do a cut & paste. Maybe that will help.

My fill is tight too! Having a hard time with anything that isn't soft and I have to chew, chew, chew. I can't drink Water with a straw anymore and if I have rice, I get the hicups after the first bite. I still manage to get between 800-1000 caolories, all my Protein plus and water. I can manage crackers if I eat v-e-r-y- s-l-o-w-l-y. I won't even think about bread. Tried a bean burito the other day and after a small bite I just sucked the Beans out and threw the rest away. (I was driving and starving.)

Just got in from the gym. I walked 4 miles but didn't do my weights because it was getting to late (9pm) and it would take me forever to settle down to sleep.< /p>

Have a good night!!!

Terry~ Feeling a bit better today. I still talk like a 90 yr. old smoking drunk lady. I was sooooo mean to the children today...they were perfect!!! I think I may be on to something. The 2 days I was out, the principal had to come in...they were really bad. They came in today I said, "I am so mad at this class...I can't even speak...go sit down.." And boy they did. I said, "If you breathe wrong today, your in detention tomorrow!" Soooo, I had a great day w/ my "crazy" class...and I was even able to teach vertical format addition and subtraction of decimals, and finding a perimeter of a polygon!

Ok, off to do some work for Walden! This training is crazy. I spent last night reading on the difference between constructivism and andragogy. I thought I was the teacher, not the student!

Hey Gals...

Waaaah. :)

Just got back from a 2-hour coffee w/my friend who's hubby surprised her w/ "I don't love you, I want a divorce" on her birthday... what a mess! I'm so sad for her & her kids. I guess you just never know.

My cousin's husband did that to her on Mother's Day one year. He worked for his dad in a construction business and they were being located to Southern California for 2 yrs for a big job. He went there for 2 months before they were going to move to find them a house. My cousin, Kelly, stayed here with her then 5 yr old son, to pack everything up and take care of business here. On Mother's Day, he loaded everyone up, hooked up the trailer to his truck and decided to stop in Visalia (45 minutes out of Fresno North instead of South where they were going) to let her tell her mother goodbye. When they got there, Kelly was in the house with her son telling her mom, sister and brother goodbye. Meanwhile, Chris, her husband, was outside unhooking the trailer from his truck (nobody knew). He then walked in and told Kelly in front of her family "I don't love you anymore, I want a divorce, and I'm leaving you and all of our belongings here at your mothers house". With that he walked out. She followed him begging him to talk to her, to explain what happened, etc. He wouldn't say a word except "I'm starting over". Got in his truck and drove off. It wasn't until 2 months later that she found out he had a girlfriend that he met in his 2 months away from her, that he had moved in with him...several years later he married her, only to divorce her a few more years later. I believe he's still single....although I could be wrong. Everyone was pissed at him for the longest time....not because he left her (if I were married to her I would have left her years before that - she treated him like shit)....but because of HOW he did it. That was wrong and unfair to her, her son and her mother.

Oh another asshole of the year post! The weekend BEFORE my wedding, my sister-in-law's husband left her for another woman. To top it off, we had paid him to be the DJ for our wedding because that's what he did - obviously he wouldn't have gotten out of there alive had he showed up at our wedding, so we had to scramble at the last minute to find a DJ - and it was Memorial Day Weekend! At least we got our money back from him.

I made it home! I began to wonder, I had a cop pull in behind me, and literally follow me through turn after turn...almost all the way home, never getting off my butt--I was almost ready to just pull over and get it over with! I hate that, and he had bright lights no less...really annoyed me!

We met 2 other couples at the Golden Corral, which is where the one couple always wants to go. We usually beg off, but went tonight---they are good at honoring my WLS Card, and charge me for a childs meal--which I greatly appreciate. I ate a small salad, some steak, and some shrimp---made myself FULL, more so than usual, so I knew that no ones dessert would tempt me!!!

I find myself being amazed, and grossed out at how people eat these days! The male half of the other couple we went out with tonight...omg the man ate like 5 plates of food! We also go to a Mexican buffet sometimes, and I am always shocked at how much Gary can put away for a normal sized man---but it was nothing to what Craig ate tonight---I just couldn't believe it! And the lady at the table next to us, packed her cheeks like a chipmunk and talked around her food, I keep wondering did I do those things????? Heaven help me...and I do not mean to be mean, but I hope to never be like that again, band or no band!

Tomorrow we take my Dad to Albq. for a check up. The girl who was supposed to watch Kinsey is sick, so she gets to go with us. Poor thing! Hours in her car seat, out long enough to sit in a Dr.'s office and behave, then back into her seat for several more hours! I packed her a backpack full of sitting toys----and a cooler full of snacks---as many things as I could think of without sugar! I do not need a sugar rushed 2 year old stuck in a car seat!!!

Michelle I do those things to myself---I cannot turn on the computer til the bed is made, and the dishwasher unloaded!!! Your friend is better off without the guy who chooses to leave like that. There is a massive character flaw that would allow someone to do that!

New Mexico's senior senator is stepping down, well he is not going for another term---and I am here to tell you the commercials, and phone calls have already begun. It was already pretty bad, with Richardson running for president, and being from NM, the politics were in high speed, now they are at warp speed. I have this to look forward to for over a year!!! And one of the women running for the senate seat nomination is someone I cannot stand, just to hear her commercials sets my teeth on edge!!! Becky laughs at me, I have to deep breath through her commercials, or get all pissy!!! LOL

Terry-----food worthy of being food porn.....mmmmmmm

Pamela, I could not agree more---I depend on you girls more than I probably should, but I never want to be without you!!!

Laura---have you quit vomiting? Hope so!

Well Rick is finished exercising, guess I should go do some myself----my turn on the elliptical, dangit! Someone on another thread called it the ElliptiKill.....sounds like it goes hand in hand with my Dreadmill!!!!

Talk to you guys when I get back tomorrow night!

Oh, oh oh! Nobody has noticed I don't think, BUT I have completed 4 out of 12 exercise challenges for October so far. Girls I HATE exercising, but I have been walking (only a mile a day, but it's a mile more than I used to walk) every day since last Sunday. It's an exercise challenge that our Wellness Coach at work has created between the different departments. Last week the challenge was for everyone to drink a minimum of 48 oz of Water each day. This week it's to walk at least a mile a day...next week I think it's to walk a mile and a half each day. This goes through January - so far so good! We get points and at the end whichever team has the most points wins...not sure what we win yet, other than being a little bit healthier! :)

I ended up stopping the vomit about 15m after posting. And yes, the bubble looked cool, but very bizarre knowing it came out of my mouth. And I IMMEDIATELY felt un-nauseated when that bubble came out, which is why I think it must have been formed in my tummy and hitting a puke nerve or something lol.

My food's a little whack, I wasn't able to keep anything down today after lunch.< /p>

B'fast- Frappuccino (200c)

Lunch- 1tbsp of inside of a quesadilla, and 1/2c of coffee. But I'm about 99.9% sure I got rid of every bit of that. Had tea with lemon and sweet-n-low till bowling, at bowling I felt faint and my stomach was rumbling like nuts. I ate about 1.5 french fries (went down very painfully). Then I got a scoop of ice cream from cracker barrel I'm eating tonight. I know ice cream goes down good, and I need some calories for today!!!!

1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, I'll say it's probably 100 calories.

So 300 calories, burned about 350 bowling.. I'm at -50 for the day :)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
