What kind of exercise?

I am 2 weeks out today and am thinking about what type of exercise to do. I work 9 hour days with no "away from office" lunch break so I leave when it's dark and get home when it's dark. I need something for at home. Treadmill, bowflex, or stationary bike? Any opinions?

Thanks

Teresa

You are just two weeks out and still healing, so care must be taken when exercising. Walking is the best right now but you can also do some strength training and resistance. I would definitely check with your doctor before beginning any program. They'll advise you on what exercises would be suitable for your recovery. Best wishes for a healthy New Year!
