I've been drinking decaf for years but loved my flavored creamers. Once I started my weight loss I gave up the creamers but skim milk didn't come close to the taste of the creamers. I found SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia, chocolate raspberry to add to my coffee. It adds flavor and sweetness with no calories added. I also use the liquid stevia in my protein shakes for added flavor.

I am 2 years post op and I drink a cup of coffee every morning. I put a scoop of chocolate flavored protein powder, splenda, and skim milk. It helps get my protein in and I enjoy the taste of my coffee in a healthier way!
