I just got home from the holiday party my doctor and staff put on for us patients. I wasn't sure about going but I was very happy that I went. They provided wraps and everyone brought dishes too. They had a clothing swap, we danced, sang songs and saw a less serious side of my doc.

WOW... that was nice

my dr's office did one just before Thanksgiving. It was wonderful to meet other people who had been through the surgery and hear how they are doing now. Some had their "before" photos and wow, what a change! It was lovely! They catered the meal, and there was all levels of food available for our diets!

I met a few ladies who had surgery around when I did and keep in contact with them to see how they are doing. Its great to check in with them and we help each other stay on track!
