I am 12 days postop and Water still causes me discomfort when i drink it. So ive been living on apple juice slushy's <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sleep.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='-_-' />

I was told to stay away from juice too because it has too much sugar. So I bought fruit drink mixes from my surgeons office that have 15 grams of Protein in them.
