First Just Want To Say I Am Sorry, For The Rant But Gotta

i am so disgusted with my insurance company right now. United health care.

first of all they were the first ones i called to see if i was a candidate for the surgery, they asked me some questions like what was my BMI, how long had i been over weight. that i had to go to a seminar and join a support group. which i answered yes to all.

I did all the things the surgeon had me do. had the chest xray, had my EDG endoscope done. had the pshyc evaluation everything,

then the insurance gets all the paper work turned into them at the clinical services area and they deny me because they say that my TSH which is thyroid blood test done. which it was. because when they did the blood test it is right on the Quest diagnostics paper work that was sent back to us.

and that i had to show proof that i was in a support group which i did today.

i think i am losing what is left of my mine :)
