Still can't be in the pool.I have a major jones for Water aerobics. Between my stroke like symptoms and my chronic pain, my exercise has been seriously curtailed....and my weight loss reflects it. Nothing to do but accept it for right now.

Walked 2 miles, 15 minutes on elliptical and did lunges and leg weights.

My arms are still sore from arm weights yesterday...

I agree, I've been on a no exercise restriction, but I've still been losing weight which is a good thing, but between work and my two physical therapists which one is pool therapy I hope thats why I'm still loosing weight. Good luck and hopefully you can do water aerobics soon

Oh boy, I am hating life right now. Every muscle in my body hurts.

My PT made me do a circuit of strength training and man, did she aim high for every body part with a muscle in it.

I think, I'll resume to my rounds of cursing every time I have to move around.

I walk every day. I am four months post op and have lost 78 pounds. I am now up to jogging/ walking three miles every morning. I always try to get at minimum 10,000 steps a day. I plan on joining the local gym once the snow starts falling.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
