Day 4 Of Diet

I started 4 days of my diet for the inc. I am having a hard time making sure I eat my veggies and my fruit is that going to be a issue I been trying to make sure I cut back a lot also they want me to try to eat what I would be eating after surgery but now my bood sugars are dropping way to low not sure what to do

Jenn, do you have an endocrinologist? if so or family Doc you wil need to call them on monday and give them a list of your sugars for these days on this new diet and ask them how you should adjust your medication. That is what I am having to do,

Nothing feels worse then going low. Nothing.

So check your numbers often and keep track of what you are eating what your numbers are and what amount of medicine/insiulin you are taking.

Yeah I do I will have to call Tues when she's in because I am also on the insulin pump might be about time I get less now then always more :) but taking one day at a time been writing what I eat down for them so that might help her also

Will be interested in what they tell you to do. Be careful, hate for you to drop too low too fast.
