Well Hi there, and welcome, I don't post much , but I have been banded since Dec 26 and I think the the pre Op diet was rough for me,lol. The surgery isn't bad the worst part being the gas being trapped and moving around the few days isn't going to be too fast but it not as bad as some expect. Just don't try to drink too fast and realize when you do eat chew everything till it is paste and take small bites, or it will feel like you swallowed a golf ball. But I would do it again tomorrow and the weight is coming off and thats what we do it for right? Good luck !!
