Head hunger. I have it but i am pretty sure the way i deal with it is abnormal. i was never rally a cook or baker before surgery. I am 32 days out and i have been cooking and baking up a storm. Making all things i can never eat. But smelling and seeing them makes me feel like I ate them. I know. Bizzare. But wahtever works right?

I call that aroma therapy lol. I really can help:-)

Of course you are craving all things you cannot have !!! I did too :) When I was home the first week after surgery I watched all the cooking shows, I don't know why but I did for some strange reason. As soon as they were starting to make me hungry I would have a ice pop and the cravings would go away.
