My approval letter came 1.5 weeks after the verbal. The surgeon hears faster than we do most of the time. Further tests if ordered are done for reasons. Sometimes an EKG lead wasn't on correctly and can cause an issue. Better safe than sorry and have the next test done so you're the safest you can be going into surgery.
