Nice article. I think technology helps quite a bit. Heck we're here and it's one of the most supportive and knowledge heavy places to go besides you're own surgeon's office of course.

How big a role does technology play in your weight loss journey? Well when I'm diligent in tracking my food, I do take in my Protein better. Without technology I wouldn't have met YOU online and gathered lots of great information and thankfully to technology Alex gave us this beautiful site to use.

Do you see that role increasing? Decreasing? Why? More than likely increasing because the world just becomes more and more tech savy. A wealth of information is at our fingertips and as those fingertips revolve and want more technology...it's provided or invented :) I like the idea of receiving text messages to remind me to eat, drink or exercise. How do I sigh up? :)
