Went To Doctors To Day

To day has to be the best day I have had since my surgery.

I went to my Endocrinologist to day my A1C was 7.1 down from 9.8 just 3 months ago and with no Med's at all. The best part is they are going to let me go 6 months before my next appointment WITH no Med's. My A1C hasn't been that low in 20 years . Blood pressure was 114/54 with no Med's Cholesterol was 145 .

So weight lose surgery does work
