Am I

The only person who doesn't log thier food or vitamins. I see so many of you do. I just stay very cautious.

I have a problem getting my vitamins in so I don't log those....but logging the food helps me stay aware of my protein intake. I hate protein shakes now...used to love them. So I try to eat enough protein and stay under 800 calories a day. Worst case scenerio I eat a life choice protein bar (21 grams protein and very low sugar!)so I can hit my 65 grams a day. Good luck hon.

Tam I started logging my food and vitamin intake after gaining back some weight. I downloaded myfitnesspal and it helps a lot

I don't either, nor do I measure my food out anymore :( but I'm being very very careful

I forget. I take them.
