I wonder the same! I love Peanut Butter and it would be great to have it for Breakfast or like you said as a snack!

So far so good. There was only 3 grams of sugar. Watch your fat in take but occasionally is ok. it's so good:-)

When I had purée I craved sweets bad. I had 1 tsp of Peanut Butter and it helped. But I limited it to 1 tsp a day of that. I am now 4 months out and not craving as bad. Hope it helps!!

I love PB2 it's really good powder peanut but very low on fat cause it has none of the oils. I mix it in my Protein Shakes. Yummy!

Where can we find PB2?

Where can we find PB2?

Whole Foods has it. I saw it online too. Try Amazon. I think I saw it there too.

I second all the votes for PB2. Much healthier than regular Peanut Butter and it is shocking how much it tastes like the "real thing". Really good and very versatile!

I found the PB2 at vitacost!

Here is their website: http://www.vitacost.com/Referee?wlsrc=rsReferral&ReferralCode=90206257

Also, if you follow this link, you can get a $10 credit when you sign up. It's a great deal! you could get 2 jars of PB2 for just over $10, and if you use your credit, you can get a great deal! I really like this website. Their shipping is fast and their products are lovely!

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.
