I know that you could probably have these again, small portions, but I'm gonna use this as a reset button. Like someone else said, it's a slippery slope. Especially for me. I plan to quit drinking too. I'm not a big drinker, maybe once or twice a month but when I drink I drink to get drunk. I'm planning on changing everything I put into my stomach.

bread. I'm eight Weeks post op tomorrow and bread is the one thing that just doesn't sit well. However I am finally able to eat fresh fruit and veggies and that is making up for it big time.
