The Smell Of Broth Makes Me....

GAG... I hate it. It's disgusting and just the thought of eating it makes me cringe ! I am so tired of Water and Popsicles and Jello. I want something salty (my weakness) and I can't find it :/ maybe I will like it after surgery but right now .. It sucks .

I thought I was going to break down until I got on the scale this morning... WHEW HEW ! 4 lbs gone in 2 days ... Lol I should of been doing this all along !

I couldnt do the broth. The smell was bad and it made me gag. It was too salty for my taste. I did apple juice, sprite zero and jello on the bowel prep day. I maybe got down a third cup of beef broth.

I had the same problem so I used a pack of chicken top ramen and just cooked the seasoning and water and it was so good
