Any Post Op Runners Out There?

I was just curious if any of you decided to start running? Its something I have always wanted to do, but never could. Any tips? How soon post op are you able to start?

      I can not wait to start runnin again I loved it! Complete my first 5k 60 lbs ago had gull bladder surgery and put the weight back on. With all the extra extra Extra! My knee is getting worse.
