Why don't I feel restriction when the fluoro shows I have it?????

What do you think? The fluoroscope shows I'm filled. And I don't have restriction except in the morning for awhile.

I know I expected a lot more of a hard stop from my band than what I actually get with 3ml. I can still eat pretty much any food, some are harder than others of course - what is it with fish, ugh - but when I concentrate on letting the band help me, not control me, I realise that the way it works is pretty good.

Firt it is prefectly normal to feel more tight in the morning than at night, I am that way too, I hate it cause I am weakest at night when it come to choices, so I try to eat very few calories with lunch and breakfast so that I can eat a little more at dinner and still be ok. If you are hungrier at night make sure to fill up on veggies after you protien and when you start to feel hungry again that means it's bedtime :D

OK. What I expected to feel is what I feel in the morning...a sense of fullness after the right amount of food. From lunch on, I can sit quietly and chew small bites...and I don't get any sensation. In the morning, I get the sensation of fullness, but it only lasts an hour. I've been wondering if the sensation is something I neeed to develop....maybe after eyars of shoveling it in, I'm a bit dead to food cues? Really don't know if it's me or the need for a fill...... I do know that I can eat foods that other have problems with, and they go right down, big or small bites, chewed or not. I keep thinking even if I'n desensitized to food cues, I should at least feel something physiological, like PBing..... Did you all have any trouble sensing fullness at first?
