Just A Few Questions/concerns (Liquids, Pouch Stretched And Dumping)

Hello everyone,

I am about 16 months out and being doing great. My highest weight was 417. At surgery, I was around 380 that was February 2011. I am currently around 214 on a good day. The weight loss has decreased drastically but I am ok with that. I work out three days a week but I still want to get down to a least 190. My concern is that I can eat a lot more now so I have to control myself. I test myself from time to time to see if a certain food will cause dumping and I've been lucky most of the time. I am concern about my pouch being stretched out. Is there ways to test the pouch? I can drink most liquids with no problem almost like pre-surgery. Any suggestions for me? Thanks.
