I was reading somewhere that a high protein low carb diet could eventually lead to heart disease and that scares the crap outta me because heart disease runs in my family. I also had an abnormal ekg stating that I had a previous heart attack before I had my rny surgery, and just recently had another abnormal ekg that came back I had long Q intervals, but I went to the cardiologist before my rny in January he said that my ekg came back normal and everything looked fine to him.....My problem is I keep having these weird headaches and chest pains and today I was putting up a new curtain rod (screwing it into the wall) and I kept getting this weird pain in the left side of my chest like a pinching pain and then I got really sweaty but as soon as I got down from the step stool I started feeling fine.....so that is confusing enough huh?!? I'm thinking maybe I have vertigo or something I have no idea but it looks like I will be making a follow up appointment with the cardiologist soon! Any suggestions are welcomed because I am completely clueless!
