Audree, what is the brand of the chicken meatballs? I go to Sams all the time. But I am in Texas. We may not have the same suppliers down here that you do.

They really sound good.

I threw the package away! Sorry!! They are in a little package and precooked. You may want to ask someone at Sams.

Okay guys, I don't feel like exercising today. But I have no excuse other than I don't feel like it. If anyone feels like giving me some encouragement/kick in the pants, please feel free.

Alright, I had Aunt Martha come visit me today so I always give myself a day off on the first day. It is hard enough to get through the day so I just took a chill today. So no exercise.

BUT I can tell you that yesterday I only ate 1547 calories and today I only ate 1596 calories! Yay me! I am thrilled because I wasn't hungry at all today.

The Protein in the morning and eating soft stuff has really helped me the last couple of days. I am not full out South Beach but I really think the morning routine is keeping me on track.

I am just shocked that I only ate 1600 calories the last 2 days. Without trying. huh, go figure.

I didn't. I walked the dogs for 15 minutes but that's it.

I think aunt Martha is coming to visit us all at the same time. How funny! I am still waiting for her and hope she doesn't interfere with my Friday weigh in. I used to always retain crazy Water. I almost don't want to weigh in till she has arrived!

Hey 15 minutes still counts!!! I did a workout video for 1/2 hour and felt every minute of it. I feel like crap!!! But I usually feel like this pre aunt flo's visit.

I was thinking the same thing... I knew she was due this week and I had decided if she wasn't here by tomorrow I wasn't weighing in on Friday.

I think I will still weigh in but if I don't like it, I will take it as an unofficial weight!! Then I guess I will weigh in a few days later.

I have been really easier irritated. I hate being like that, because I am really easy going.

Breakfast: 3 egg omlette, with crab and cheese. 3 turkey bacon (about 500 calories)

Lunch: carnitas with melted cheese and salsa

Liquids: 32 ounces of crystal light

Supplements: 1 tbsp. liquid Vitamin, 1 QuickSlim30

How I feel: I think I am premenstrual because when I ate lunch, I kinda felt like I could feel it passing through painfully.

I made it to the gym and lifted weights for the first time since September. I am probably going to be sore tomorrow. Going to try and run tonight after work.

Audree, how do you count your calories? There are some foods that I eat that don't have the calorie count on the package. I don't know how to tell cheese

because it would make a difference how thick it's sliced, etc. There are a lot of foods that I can't tell if I am counting right.

It might seem like a pain in the rear but I use a food scale. After a while you get better about eyballing your food... but a food scale really helps. I also measure my food so I know how much I am eating. I don't limit my food based on measuring (because I am in anti-diet mode) but at least I am in reality about how much I am eating....

Well I can say that being restricted during PMS is possibly the weirdest thing I have ever experienced. Instead of eating everything in sight that didn't try to eat me, I was just not hungry. I ate about 500-700 calories less than what my average has been. Yesterday I was back at my 2000 calories again.

I am going to be filled in 2 weeks so hopefully that will provide enough restriction to get me down to 1500-1800 calories a day.

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
      Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.
