What Does Hungry Feel Like After Surgery?

I'm starting to think I'm getting it, but I'm curious about what it is like to be hungry after surgery. Does it change? Go a way? Obviously we could all eat quite a bit before surgery. I need to know that my physical cues will change, and I won't feel the same way towards food. I'm afraid of having the same cravings, and the inability to deal with it.

According to my surgeon (haven't Had surgery yet) even if you wanted the fried food you will throw it up. You can't handle fat, oil, sugar. It will make you throw up or give you the runs but you wont be feeling hungry. You can't eat much so w.e. You eat will feel you up fast.

I'm about 15 weeks out and I'm still not sure if I actually get hungry or if it's still head hunger!!
