Hi all, Had my surgery on the 15th of Sept this year. Have only lost 9 lbs since surgery, but not giving up. Wondering how you get over the look and smells of the foods people around you eat? Also, how do I get that ticker for weight loss at the bottom of my posts? Thanks!

Hey everyone! Man it's been a crazy whirlwind of life happening, just like it always does. I had to step away from the process for bypass due to a cancer scare. Thank the Lord we got it all taken care of. Now I'm ready to jump back in with both feet. In fact got the all clear from my PCP just less then a week ago...

How is the new year going for everyone?

I live in the Colorado Springs area. Surgery was August 10, 2011. Fighting off some minor regain after the sudden death of my mother along with being on steroids. I managed to get control before it was to late, only 25-30 lbs to lose.
