Mimi-try increasing your calories to 900-and then even 1000. If you don't have enough calories, your body won't let go of your weight...

Up your Protein and make sure to eat lean meats. Low fats and low sugar contents.

I also am having a plateau.

My doc told me to do what I just wrote. I am hoping it works.

He said to do more Protein shakes to keep me more full and to up the protein.

Everyone looks so great! I'm two weeks post op tomorrow. Had my surgery on 10/17. Down 17lbs and I feel great. Best decision ever.
