Did you count surgery day as 1st post op day?

I was just wondering how people are figuring what post op day the actual first day is (if this makes sense).:huggie:

I started counting post op day 1 the day after surgery. I know 1 whole day doesn't really matter, but it would take me off liquids one day sooner. And I have been on liquids for 3 weeks!!!:faint:

I was calling today post op day 19, but it would be nice if it was day 20!!!!

Thanks!!:hungry:
