vitamin b12 sublingual and calcium

As anyone had trouble with the sublingual b12? It is making my tongue white and seems to interfere with swallowing a bit? I'm stopping it until my next appointment. Also Calcium chewable are huge! I have been doing good getting water in at 64+ oz a day, vitamins, and protein. Three more NUT appointments left.

I do the monthly b12 injection. Is that an option for you? I'd be concerned if the pill interferes with swallowing. Does it seem like an allergic reaction? Any swelling, trouble breathing, or tight feeling in your throat?

Not sure what the cause is, no swelling and it seems like it takes a few days to start bothering me. Is there a b12 chewable? I will test again and determine the b12 cause absolutely then I can also watch symptoms more carefully. Thanks!
