Gas pain over a week out?

I am over a week out and recover has been uneventful. Tonight's however I have had pains in my shoulder and back. They feel a lot like gas pains but wasn't sure they would last this long.

I second this advice.

I was sleeved on 9/9 so I'm almost 3 weeks out. I had gas pain through the end of the second week. It went into my shoulder and my lower back. I felt horrible, but honestly what fixed it is walking. I went for my first run again last night and I had no issues, so every day gets better.
