Weight loss slowing down...will be r myhs post op Oct 3

I'm getting a little concerned...I have lost 56 lbs so far and I am proud of that. But for the last month my weight loss has slowed down tremendously. I may have lost 3 lbs n last month. Is this normal? Will it pick back up? I can also tell I am getting hungry more often. Is this normal?

Having some more hunger might be normal. You may just be stalled and start losing more next month. Are you meeting your calorie and protein targets and taking your vitamins and exercising?

How far out are you? I'm going on 3 months and my weight came to a screeching halt these past 3 weeks. I'm hoping its a stall, because I've lost 60, but have about 90 more to go!

When ever my losses have slowed I found upping my liquid intake seemed to help get it going again. Caution liquid in = liquid out make sure there's a place to go...
