Take someone with you. I didn't and I wished I had.

That's great! I went alone and I was lonely. I had Dr. Verboonen in Cancun also. Everything was fine. You only get to see the surgeon for a few minutes before the surgery and a few minutes the next day. Dr. Verboonen speaks English well enough. It's the nurses that you communicate with the most and most of then don't speak a lot of English. They are really nice though. Dr. Perez took out my drain and he spoke English really well.

Thays awesome. Did u have a lot of pain after or any complications? How long did the actual surgery take? Thanks for your replys:)

You're welcome. The pain was about like a regular surgery. It did hurt some but I thought it was going to hurt a lot more. They give you pain meds in your IV so that handles the pain. By the third morning I was really ready to leave and the pain was not bad at all. No complications, no nausea, no leaks, nothing bad at all. I've lost 57 pounds in 3 1/2 months.
