Head Hunger-Tough day

Sleeved on 9/9, have done well with recovery and have lost 17 pounds. Today, I am having a huge case of head hunger , having a difficult time distracting myself. Does this get better with advancement to pureed foods? I really am tired of full liquids. Could definately use words of encouragement on how to distract this head hunger. Thanks!

It does get better, really! You've lost a lot for such a short amount of time, congratulations! When you get to more kinds of food, it is a huge help. The first month is the worst, but you'll get through it. Just hang in there :)
