So no hair loss yet, but the other day I noticed that I was due to color my hair, which normally grows fast, and i had no roots after 6 weeks. Got it colored last right before my surgery. Weird! This happen to anyone else?

Is this the precursor to hair falling out?

no roots after 6 weeks sounds sooooo good! I'll take it! I haven't had this. my hair is growing thicker and faster than before. I think it's because of the additional Protein? But it's dry like straw which I haven't had before, I think that's due to lower fat diets.

I went in yesterday and had to get it cut, colored and a massive conditioning thing done because it literally felt like straw. Typically my hair is fairly soft and doesn't misbehave too terribly much.

Weird how much the same diet affects us all so differently, right?

Oh and it's also falling out while all this is going on.
