What did you have to do for your pre-op diet? Thanks

Well i am allowed 3 Protein shakes a day... During the day as much i want fat free plain yougurt( i add splenda and cinnamon nd it tastes so much better cause it taste like sour cream alone!) sugar free Jello sgf freeze pops low sodium chicken or vegetable broth and of course Water decaf coffe nd artiicial sweetner like splenda For the first week i was allowed 4oz of grilled beef or chicken but no more meat on the 2 nd week day before surgery Clear liquids ONLY nd NOTHING after 12.... I failed up until yeaterday i stuck with it the days i cheated i didnt pig out or anything but i would take bites out of what i cooked for my fam and today is going good too hvnt even thought of cheating....

Had surgery on 11-26-2013, really no complaints. I have had to deal with a little gas, not too bad.

Celebrated Thanksgiving with my family, sipping, sipping, sipping, lol

Happy Thanksgiving to all

I'm happy to finally be on the other side :)

Sorry..... I didn't see that this is old post...
