Canadian pre op protein shake choices...

I am getti h sleeved Nov 25, in Mexico by Dr. Ortiz, and my pre op diet includes low carb high protein shakes. They say that whey protein is the best. What are some of the ones that you have used that we can get here in Canada?

    You can buy Isopure Protein drinks at GNC, they are high protein/no carb. Also, unjury makes an unflavored Protein powder that you can add to pretty much anything and you can purchase online through their website. Hope this helps you.
