Floridex liquid iron supplamant and the VGS

Good morning,

Day 11 here and I feel very anemic ( been dealing with it my Newhouse.e life) I am taking the Iron from the doc and juicing careens daily but had a very rough night

Of sweating leg cramping and over all fatigue .

I have been a Floridex all natural kelp base iron liquid for 20 years. Has anyone had experience with taking this with a new sleeve?

( did send a message to my doc about this too)

Thanks for you help

Moira

Are you sure your not dehydrated? It is so easy to get dehydrated when you are first recovering. Fuzzy headed, dizzy, cramps, dry mouth, eyes. All of this means run to the nearest G2 and drink it. Try this and see if it helps. If G2 doesn't taste good to you then drink a Smart water with electrolytes. :)
