Hi!! Come and say hi on the January thread. I was also banded in Mexico by Dr. Ortiz. It is one of the best things I have ever done and wish I could have done it so long ago!!!

:faint: I have just realized that it is some ungodly hour in other countries, whereby it is only 6.45pm here and now I feel like a complete idiot!!!!!!! Well, the optifast is not one of my favourite things in the world but what makes all of this a little more palatable ha,ha is that my sister in law is also having a band done soon, so we will be partners in crime!!!
