How do you handle attention from the opposite sex now that you've been sleeved and are SUPER HOT?

I have been sharing the before and after pictures with my wife (who was in awe and stunned) and she posed this question. Do you get attention from people of the opposite sex who previously ignored you? Are you flattered, insulted, or embarrassed. Sound off my fellow sleevers.

    If I do get a compliment, I try to gauge their intention and go from there. If they mean it as a back-handed compliment, I don't respond well, but if someone seems truly happy for me or impressed, I'll say thank you or something like that. As for "super hot"......I can't speak intelligently on that topic.
