I feel so much better in myself, no weight related issues now apart from an on going spine condition. Hopefully this will get sorted by year end so I can exercise properly. Wow you have done amazingly well, I think everyone slows down after the 6 month mark but still lose just not as much, theres a few threads on here where ppl share what worked for them to speed up the weightloss when they came to a standstill, good luck you must be so proud, losing 14 stone is amazing:-)
