What worked for us was 1scoop of powder in a scoop of warm broth, put into a blender bottle and shaken well, or mixed with a hand-mixer.

I put the unflavored unjury in everything I can. Broth, sauces, crystal light, pudding, applesauce even jello. It does not always dissolve the best but I have not had any trouble getting my protein in and my hair and nails look great.

Most protien powders should not be heated past 130 degrees. It will denature the protien, which will cause it to clump, but also will effect the enzymes and amino acids.

It is like the egg white while cooking eggs, but it will not be as effective to digest (much like the more you heat an egg the less nutritious it becomes).

I cook the (food) then wait till the temp is what the powder can be added at. A cheep digital thermometer does the trick.
