I am starting to research my upcoming breast lift surgery. I do not want implants. Can anyone post their before and afters? I don't want to see any with implants at all. Wow I wasnt even aware they did that. Are you scheduled to have it done?? If so does it involve the cut around the nipple and an anchor looking cut down and around the breast? If you are having it done good luck to you I hope they are perfect.

No pictures but my cousin in law had gastric bypass so when she had her tummy tuck after weight loss she also had a breast lift. Her insurance did not cover implants, just the lift but she looks great. She has small shoulders and is short so I think that helped in how well it turned out and how normal the size is for her. They are also right where they should be and she can go without a bra when she wants to. The scarring was not bad and has faded a lot over the past few years. I hope this helps.
